The hotel
has a roomy, light-filled restaurant fitted with a fireplace.
The restaurant can seat around fifty customers in its welcoming
atmosphere.
Our customers
have the choice of a traditional Perigourdian menu. Our
dishes are created in the kitchens with high quality products
that we select ourselves.

Our menu will
enchant amateurs of genuine Perigourdian products and will
allow you to rediscover our grandmothers’ traditional
recipes. The chef offers you a taste of his specialities to
savour: Mille feuilles with sautéd foie gras
escalopes, Duck foie gras sautéd with apples and sultanas,
"Enchaud Périgourdin" stuffed with
truffles and foie gras, Fillet of duck with red fruit, Flaky
pastry parcels with snails and cep mushrooms, Frogs legs with
garlic cream, Duo of Scallops and Mullet grilled with best
quality sea salt. And for those with a sweet tooth: Lou Cantou
profiteroles or sticky chocolate cake with a white centre.
We also possess a smaller room,
with a louge area complete with sofa, where several tables
are at our guests disposal.
The hotel is also equipped
with a separate bar -not in the restaurant- a terrace with
swimming pool where you can take your meals in the summer season
and a second terrace available to the bar customers. |
